We are providers for most Medical Insurance Plans. If you want to know if we accept your insurance, please contact Turlock Eye Physicians Medical Group. If you make an appointment by phone, please have your insurance information available. Remember, Vision and Medical insurance are not one in the same. Please contact your human resources department with any questions prior to giving us your insurance information.

We want to do our best to assist you in the payment process. As a service to our patients our billing staff will file the insurance claim for our services on your behalf. It is your responsibility to provide us with the most accurate and correct information so that our staff can perform this added service quickly and smoothly. Patients are ultimately responsible for fees.

We are on the panel of almost all insurances in our area, but please feel free to contact our office to verify that we accept your insurance plan.

Medical plans vary and each one has different requirements, so make sure you are aware of the requirements of your insurance plan. Here are some examples of plan requirements:

  • Medicare: Bring your card to every visit.
  • Senior Medicare HMO plans: Bring your initial referral form, and co-pay (if applicable) with your ID to your first visit.
  • HMOs: Bring your initial referral form, and co-pay (if applicable) with your ID to your first visit.
  • PPOs: and other plans: Bring your insurance card to your first visit.
  • MediCal: Bring your MediCal card to every visit.

Please inform our billing staff of any changes in your plan.
