Welcome, and thank you for visiting Turlock Eye Physicians!   If you’re a current patient, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to fulfill your eye care needs.  If you’re a new visitor, we look forward to meeting you in either the Turlock or the Modesto office and exploring the various options available for correcting or enhancing your vision.

Turlock Eye Physicians Medical Group is in the legal process of dissolution.  Dr. Amin Ashrafzadeh (Dr. Ash) will now be exclusively practicing ophthalmology at the Modesto Eye Center office. All of his patients' records will be transfered to his care.  Dr. Daniel Lee, will continue to remain at the office on 880 Delbon Avenue in Turlock.
